Participating companies can post unlimited positions on our website which pushes out to top job sites like Google Jobs, Hotjobs, Monster, Zip Recruiter, Linkedin and Glassdoor. Companies will have access to applicant dashboard and control of online application process and candidates.
This initiative will put dozens, if not hundreds, of Hudson Valley Manufacturing jobs on one site and generate applicant activity. It will allow all member companies to accept online applications, manage their own hiring process and post jobs to critical job boards in just one click. The software alone would cost individual companies up to $15k per year. This program provides a significant value for our members.
Participating companies will be charged $2,000 for 12 months. For that investment you get all the above as well as priority status in the marketing campaign.
Join The ProgramThe Council of Industry has launched a Collaborative Recruiting Initiative, designed to allow HV Manufacturing companies to work together to promote the manufacturing sector, attract candidates and ultimately pace them into manufacturing jobs. This initiative provides access to a recruiting platform allowing hiring managers to post jobs directly onto the Council’s job board and manage candidates through the hiring process. Through a “job aggregator” postings are pushed out to over 100 popular job boards including Google Jobs, Monster and Hot Jobs. Postings are also scraped by Glassdoor and Zip Recruiter. Applicants can apply online and all resumes are sent directly to the hiring managers dashboard. Hiring managers can accept or reject candidates, communicate direct via email, send additional documentation or requests and schedule interviews. These resources are positioned as an efficiency to hiring managers who are currently managing vacancies manually. |
Go Make It is manufacturing careers platform, designed to help students, parents, and teachers explore the world of advanced manufacturing, and to find the information they need to pursue careers in our exciting industry.
